In their fourth year of the program, Cadets will finalize their curriculum expansion of subsidiary courses, get revised on various transitions endured by our Nation as well
as being educated on professional development, career exploration and life skills they can benefit from beyond graduating from high school. Some of the curriculum courses include The Great Americans, some of various U.S. conflicts like the Korean and Vietnam War, College Preparation, Resume Writing, Public Speaking, Financial Management and The ASVAB Test. With their MCJROTC Leadership Education, LE-4 Cadets will apply their experience and Senior Leadership training towards the execution and operation of the entire cadet corps. Senior Leadership Cadets fill key staff positions within the program and gain the responsibility of educating and training Cadets in the lower Platoon Leadership positions as well as those filling key organizational billets such as the Training & Operations Officer, Logistics Officer, Administration Officer and the Public Affairs Officer. To demonstrate professionalism, occasionally the Senior Staff Cadets will represent the cadet corps when communicating with outside agencies and other organizations which may require attending meetings and or conduct a presentation on behalf of the program. All LE-4 Cadets will be well versed in all aspects of leadership, physical training, marksmanship and close order drill to include Marine Corps formations and ceremonies.
